We assign experienced Account Managers to work with our clients and this person is the single point of contact for all activities and issues. The Account manager can answer questions, setup SKUs, resolve issues, and more.
Inventory Management
AccessChannel provides a full turnkey logistics
service. We receive, put away, ship, and track
client inventory at a state-of-the art distribution
center near Chicago. We work with each client
to maintain an up-to-date forecast and manage
optimal inventory levels.
Reverse Logistics
AccessChannel processes inventory returns, visually
inspects for damage, determines disposition, and
reports status to our clients.
Accounting
AccessChannel invoices Ingram Micro on behalf
of our clients, provides collection
services, reconciliation services, and administers
Ingram Micro payments to the client
on behalf of Ingram Micro.
Information Services
AccessChannel provides each client with daily
business reporting and spreadsheet updates. Reports
include: Purchase Order Receipts, Open Purchase
Orders, Inventory Quantity and Adjustments, POS
Report, and Inventory Status Report
Marketing
We have has partnered with the nation’s best sales and marketing organizations to enable our clients to successfully enter and leverage the U.S. channel. Our partners can develop awareness, access buyers, detail inventory and more.
